Nebiat Kassa, founder of Sleek Hair Studio, has been honing her craft for hair services since she was young. For the last 15 years, Kassa has visualized and materialized this vision of a new way of serving the busy, modern client. She has worked in the field and is Red Seal Certified, but has not been happy with how the customer has been treated.
